DONT HESITATE to go here! I called the shop early in the morning to see if they take any walk-in. Luckily, the guy on the phone said that they were not busy and so I can go. I went there for mounting and balancing my tires. So Mike and his colleague really helped me a lot. The whole entire process only took less than an hour even though they have take out my wheel without the lock. In terms of pricing, very reasonably and fair. The guy at the front did not disappoint me by giving me a bit of discount. Overall, i am satisfied with their service and definitely going back here !

I was really impressed with the service provided by Steelcase Tiresn n'Mags, in particular Dave. I ordered a new set of rims and tires for my car. Although the manufacturer's website stated the rims would fit, they did not. Dave made the process as seamless as possible to choose a new set. Within a short amount of time I had the new rims installed. I was really happy to find out that Steelcase installed a slick wheel centre cap. That was an unexpected surprise. I'll continue coming here in the future.

I have been a happy customer of Steelcase Tires n' Mags since I started buying tires from them in 1997. I have purchased numerous tires over the years for our cars with the help of their staff including Dave Holmeshaw and the service has been excellent! I have referred friends and family to this location because I have been so happy with their overall service!

I had bought winter tires from here years ago. came in last week looking to buy tires after another place told me I couldn’t repair my current tire that was flat. The guy there said he should be able to fix it and did. Very honest people and I will always buy my tires from them in the future.

I felt compelled to write this review because since arriving in town back in 1982, I have only bought my tires here since then. I was referred to Jim at Steelcase Tires n' Mags by my car mechanic back then. The excellent service and quality of the product has kept me coming back for over 30 plus years and 6 cars later. So if anyone is in need of great service and product I want to pay a referral forward just like happened to me. Thanks Jim for everything. By the way I'll be seeing you very soon for a new set of all seasons.

Hard to find good honest shops these days. Steelcase Tires n’ Mags made me feel comfortable and confident in the purchase of my all season tires. They gave great and honest opinions, providing me with multiple options to choose from. Great customer service, very friendly, professional and well priced. They took me earlier than my scheduled appointment and got me out earlier than expected. A big thank you to the entire Steelcase Tires n’ Mags team.
